...that old shack...taken by the storm
...that old winding road leads to other places now...unknown to me
...dim shadows fall across that path ...that path to nothing
...dreams once dreamed...it was a flimsy love......... a foolish heart
...held together with careful tears
...there was that longing...that wanting
...unfulfilled...a thousand yesterdays ago.
